Startups at advanced stage and especially looking for scale-up opportunities can explore the six months fast track Acceleration Program at Osmania Technology Business Incubator (OTBI). The main component of this program will be funding and access to funding through the Government Grants and investment facilitation through Angel Investors and Venture Capitalists which are equity based. OTBI in collaboration with Wadhwani Foundation has started the Liftoff Entrepreneurship Program.
Program Objective:
- Support the Startups through a structured 14 weeks program, by building a compelling Value Prop & offerings, sustainable & scalable Business Model, focusing/scaling Sales, Revenues, Customers & Team, building network, strengthening brand visibility and taking the final lap to get ready to pitch to early-stage Investors/Funding programs.
- Support early-stage Startups to get pitch-ready and be able to pitch to various funding sources to raise grants/seed-funding.
- The program is resourced with top-notch curated material, case-study based discussions, masterclasses, solution kits, ecosystem mentors (all driven through technology platform) followed by access to 25+ Investment Partners and chance to pitch them to raise funding.
Program Outcome:
By the end of the program, entrepreneurs will be able to:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge about the different growth tools to grow your business, using modern[1]day technology.
- Identify different aspects that can impact Your business.
- Create financial plans, sales plan, funding plan and GTM strategies for Your business.
- Devise a Growth Plan, structure the Scaling and Customer acquisition Strategy
- Create a pitch deck for your business and present it to different stakeholders including funding agencies.
